Ultrasonic flowmeter / calorimeter


When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will make a small change in the propagation time, and the change of the propagation time is directly proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. At zero flow, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (* technology that can actually measure zero flow). When the liquid flows, the sound wave transmission time in the counter current direction is greater than that in the downstream direction.



1、 Measurement principle of ultrasonic flowmeter / calorimeter

When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will make a small change in the propagation time, and the change of the propagation time is directly proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. At zero flow, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (* technology that can actually measure zero flow). When the liquid flows, the sound wave transmission time in the counter current direction is greater than that in the downstream direction.

1. The measurement linearity is better than 0.5%, the repeatability accuracy is better than 0.2%,

Up to 40 picosecond TDOA measurement resolution,Make the measurement accuracy reach ± 1%.

2. 128 times of data acquisition in each measurement cycle is assisted by the developed flowmeter TDOA analysis software, which has excellent performance, more stable and accurate display data and better linearity.

3. Isolated RS485 dual interface, the flowmeter and secondary meter can communicate through RS485 bus, and the transmission distance is more than kilometers.

4. It has three-way analog input interfaces with accuracy of 0.1%, which can connect temperature, pressure and other signals.

5. One 4-20mA analog output can be used as flow / heat transmitter.

6. 2-way 3-wire PT100 resistance signal input can be used as heat meter.

7. Three 4-20mA analog inputs can be used as data collector, and the analog input interface can also be used as digital input interface.

8. With two-way isolated programmable OCT output, it is used to output cumulative pulse, working state, etc.

9. The measurement effect of sewage pipeline is good, and it can measure most sewage pipelines stably and reliably.

10. The ultrasonic flowmeter / heat meter can be external clamp type, plug-in type and pipe section type. It can also support water meter sensors installed at any angle, including parallel double plug-in sensors.

11. It has a bidirectional serial peripheral universal interface, which can directly connect multiple external devices such as 4-20 mA analog output board, frequency signal output board, thermal printer, data recorder and so on in series.

12. The working parameters of the flowmeter can be solidified into the flash memory in the machine, and the problem of parameter loss will not occur. The working parameters of curing can be selected and automatically called out when powered on.

13. Hardware modular design. It is composed of mainboard module, 4-20 mA output module, pulse output module, printer module, parallel keyboard display module, serial keyboard display module, etc. users can choose according to their needs.

14. Modbus protocol, MBus protocol, simple water meter protocol and other different software communication protocols are available for users to choose.

15. The first 64 days of daily accumulation can be recorded, and the first 32 months of monthly accumulation (2 years), and the record contents of month, year and day are added. The accumulated data of month, year and day can be read out through Modbus protocol.

16. 16 times of power-off time recorded by flowmeter. All data can be read out through Modbus protocol.

17. Timing printing and data output function, automatically display the time of next printing and output, and 22 programmable timing printing contents. The timing printing function can realize the automatic timing output or automatic recording of data.

18. The pulse width of OCT1 cumulative pulse output can be set between 6ms and 1s. The factory default is 200 ms.

19. With parallel interface of keyboard and display, connecting display components can form a simple flowmeter.

20. The serial port keyboard display assembly can be directly connected to the serial port, and can be plugged in and out with power after parameter setting.

21. It has the function of judging the type of fluid based on the sound velocity of fluid, and can identify the type of fluid.

22. It has a programmable built-in quantitative controller. It can be started by external input signal or MODBUS command.

23. Single 24V uses DC power supply to work. The operating current is less than 50 mA. (when the display is not connected and the buzzer does not sound).

The hardware design is simple, the software function is powerful and the interface is friendly. Low voltage multi pulse balanced transmitting and receiving technology is adopted to make it more suitable for frequency interference in industrial environment, achieve stable and correct work, and get high praise from the majority of users.
