Gas turbine flowmeter
The fluid pass through the gas turbine flowmater housing, the turbine blade and flow direction has the certain angel. Be widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, aviation, scientific research and other departments and industrial fields, such as natural gas, city gas, propane, butane, air,nitrogen and other gases.
Measure principle:
The fluid pass through the gas turbine flowmater housing, the turbine blade and flow direction has the certain angel.
The fluid impulsive fore makes the impeller produce moving torque, the impeller produce spin by overcoming friction torque and fluid resistance moment, after the torque is balanced, the speed is stable,under certain conditions, the speed is directly proportional with the flow rate. Because the blade has magnetic conductivity, it’s in the magnetic field of signal detector (composed of magnetic steel and coil), the spin blade cuts the magnetic force line , and periodically changes the coil’s magnetic flux, so the pulse signal can be felt by the coil of each end, the signal is amplified and shaped by the amplifier in the gas turbine flowmeter, the continuous rectangular pulse wave with a certain amplitude is formed, it can be transmitted to the display instrument to display the instantaneous flow or total amount of fluid.
Feature
1.High accuracy, good reproducibility, small pressure loss and good seismic performance.
2.Adopting high quality bearings, small friction resistance, good sealing performance.
3.It integrates microprocessor, flow sensor,high accuracy temperature and pressure sensor, directly used to measure the gas flow ,temperature and pressure,and automatically to carry out flow tracking compensation and compression factor correction.
4.The instrument has pulse signal, analog signal output. It will achieve the centralized collection and real-time management of computer data by RS485 communication interface or GPRS system.
5.Low power consumption, available internal battery power supply, but also external power supply.
6.With real-time data keeping function, and prevent in replace battery or the power off to loss the real-time data ,the internal data is kept forever under the power goes off.
7.It can be used with IC card prepaid system to facilitate trade settlement.
8.Explosion-proof level has ExibIIBT4 and ExibIIBT6.
