portable ultrasonic flowmeter uses an external clamp sensor to measure the liquid flow. The portable ultrasonic flowmeter makes use of the principle of low voltage and multi pulse time difference, and adopts the digital detection technology of high-precision and ultra stable double balance signal differential transmission and differential reception. When the ultrasonic beam propagates in the liquid, the flow of the liquid will make a small change in the propagation time, and the change of the propagation time is directly proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. At zero flow, the time required for the two sensors to transmit and receive sound waves is exactly the same (the only technology that can actually measure zero flow). When the liquid flows, the sound wave transmission time in the counter current direction is greater than that in the downstream direction. The installation process is very simple, and easier to operate. It is especially suitable for flow balance test and flow monitoring: drinking water, river water, sea water, cooling water, hot water, industrial sewage, lubricating oil, diesel oil, fuel oil, chemical liquid, etc.

Working environment of portable ultrasonic flowmeter

Measuring liquid: single fluid such as water, sea water and alkali, with turbidity less than 10000ppm and particle size less than 1mm;

Pipe material: steel, cast iron, PVC pipe and other full pipes that can be penetrated by ultrasonic wave. The texture is dense without serious corrosion and scaling. A thin layer of dense lining is allowed.

Pipe lining materials: rubber, epoxy asphalt, FRP, mortar, etc., or unlined pipe diameter range: DN15mm ~ 6000mm
