Wall Mounted Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter
The measured fluid of external clamp type ultrasonic flowmeter can be water, seawater or uniform liquid such as oil and slurry, conductive or non-conductive, corrosive or non corrosive liquid. The fixed external clamp type ultrasonic flowmeter is equipped with backlight LCD, which can display the instantaneous flow, positive, negative, net cumulative flow, flow rate, time, analog input and other data.it is suitable for steel, stainless steel, cast iron, cement pipe, copper, PVC, aluminum, FRP and other dense pipes.

Brief Description Of External Clamp Type Ultrasonic Flowmeter
● The accuracy is high precision. Through the new sound velocity measurement method, it is also applicable to the fluid with unknown sound velocity, which is almost unaffected by the fluid temperature and pressure
● The external clamp type ultrasonic flowmeter adopts large planning integrated circuit CPLD,and surface pasting process, with higher accuracy.
● Excellent operability and convenience, Simple setting of LCD and function keys is adopted, LCD with backlight and fault diagnosis function
● high reliability, high performance, good applicability, 16 bits, 2 lines, with backlight.
● 1m database function,can record the flow and total flow in a period of time.
● 5 channels of 4-20mA current signals can be connected (such as temperature, pressure, liquid level, etc.)
● The external clamp type ultrasonic flowmeter has the function of power on and off management, which can record the time and flow of the first 64 times of power on and off, and can be compensated manually or automatically to reduce the flow loss.
● It can effectively overcome the attenuation of ultrasonic signal by the pipe wall and the scattering of ultrasonic signal by the rough inner surface of the pipe, so as to reduce the energy consumption of ultrasonic signal.
● It overcomes the influence of a small amount of sediment, suspended particles and bubbles on the signal, improves the accuracy of flow measurement, and is especially suitable for pipeline flow measurement.
● The external clamp type sensor of ultrasonic flowmeter shall be installed under pressure without water supply interruption, which will not affect normal production, and online replacement and maintenance shall be completed at any time.
